Science Quiz on Matter this Friday, June 2nd.

Course Completion Day on Friday, June 9th. Students dismissed at 11:35am.

Swimming at Gordon Head on Friday, June 16th.

We are process of presenting our French Menus and completing our Novel Study booklets and diorama.

Science Posters due today May 24. These posters were done in groups and students must see me if they need an extension.

Swimming this Friday, May 26 in the afternoon.

Math quiz this Friday May 26th on  Fractions and Percent in the morning.

Monday, Math 29th- Novel Study booklet and diorama due

Tuesday, May 30th-French Menu due. A quick presentation is required for this assignment. See Mr. S if you are unsure about this.

Information for the week of May 1-May 5

Novel Study
Students should be well on their way when it comes to their Individual Novel Study booklet and diorama. This assignment is due Tuesday, May 23.

Math
Students continue to work with decimals and the final decimal quiz will be at the end of next week.  I am sending home two quizzes today. One on Geometry and one on Money. Overall, students did very well on these quizzes.

Science
Students continue their studies on liquids, solids and gases. The next project for Science will be a group poster project.

Social Studies
Students are working on mapping skills.

Physical Education
Tennis lessons continue this Friday, May 5.
