Language Arts
Students have started on their novel study booklet. I am reading "An Elephant in the Garden" to them. Students are also responsible for a project on Elephants, Germany or World War II. The project is due at the end of October.
Math
We are starting a unit on Whole Numbers in Math. Our first quiz will be sometime next week. Please check the site in the future for details.
Physical Education
We have started a unit on Soccer with Mr. Tran's class. Students will have a Healthy Choices project to start sometime next week. Details to follow.
Important Dates
Tues, Sept. 18 - Meet the teacher night.
Wed, Sept. 19 - Photo day at the school.
Wed. Sept. 26 - School assembly at 2 pm.
Fri. Sept. 28 - Orange Shirt Day.
